AI that sees, hears,
and helps.
WICK is a voice-and-vision device for physical work. Show it the problem, ask out loud, and get guided step by step while your hands stay on the job.
Most AI is built for screens. But much of the world's important work happens at a bench, under a vehicle or beside a machine, where the problem is right in front of you and your hands are busy. WICK is built for that work.

Not an app.
A device that sits with you.
WICK v1 is a working prototype. It sees the part you're working on, listens to your question and talks you through the fix.
Camera on top
Looks at the component, board or machine in front of you.
Voice in, voice out
You ask out loud and WICK answers out loud. No screen to tap.
Reasoning inside
Works out what's wrong, what to check and what to do next.
Built for the bench
Small, self-contained and USB powered, so it fits next to the job.
Physical work is contextual.
Help isn't.
When something breaks, most people search online, watch a tutorial, or wait for someone more experienced. None of these can see what's in front of you.
Search needs the right words
Most people don't know what the part is called, so they can't search for it.
Tutorials can't see your problem
It's a different model and a different fault, and it takes 18 minutes to reach your part.
Experts are a bottleneck
A few senior technicians hold the know-how, and everyone else waits for them.
Show. Ask. Fix.
You don't have to type out a long description. Show WICK what's wrong and talk to it the way you'd talk to a senior technician.
Point
Put the engine, board, appliance or machine in front of WICK. Its camera identifies the components in view.
Ask
Say what's happening in your own words, like “it cranks but won't start.” You don't need the technical term.
Get guided
WICK tells you what to inspect and what to do next, one step at a time, and checks your work as you go.
One assistant for every bench.
Pick a scenario to see how a WICK session goes.
Illustrative sessions showing the intended experience.
Not another chatbot.
A co-worker on the job.
Docs, SOPs, videos and chatbots are static. WICK is multimodal, voice-first and aware of what it sees, so it works alongside you while you do the job.
Sees what you're pointing at
WICK reads the scene: the component, its condition and what's around it. Its answers are about your problem, not a generic one.
Voice-first
Talk to it and it talks back, so you never have to put your tools down to type.
No jargon required
Describe it the way you'd say it out loud, like “the round thing with the black wire.” WICK works out the part.
Step by step
Guidance comes one step at a time, at your pace, and WICK checks each step before moving on.
Expertise that scales
Put your best technician's know-how in front of every junior, in every bay, on every shift.

Now it can help at the bench.
Workshops, repair shops, factories, service centres, labs and homes all need help at the moment the problem is in front of them.

Questions, answered.
What exactly is WICK?
WICK is a voice-and-vision AI assistant for physical-world work. It sees what you're working on, hears your questions, and guides you step by step to diagnose and fix the problem in front of you.
What can WICK help with today?
We're starting with two-wheeler and vehicle service in independent workshops. Electronics repair, appliance troubleshooting, industrial maintenance and field service come next.
Do I need to know the technical name of the part?
No. Point at it and describe it however you'd normally say it. WICK uses what it sees to work out what you mean.
Does WICK replace experienced technicians?
No. WICK makes expert knowledge available to more people. Senior technicians spend less time answering the same questions, and juniors get up to speed faster.
Is WICK an app or a device?
WICK is its own device, not a phone app. It has a camera to see the job and voice to talk you through it, so your hands stay free. WICK v1 is a working prototype today.
How do I get access?
Fill in the early access form above. We're onboarding a small group of partners first and will contact you directly.
